This is where Indira Gandhi met Benazir Bhutto's father, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto when both were prime ministers. They met at this small beer hall high in the mountains and worked out the treaty for the line of control. The line of control determined Indian-administered and Pakistan-administered Kashmir. A line that neither country seems to adhere to.
